Last year was already the second year that we had the opportunity to take part in organising the school year opening ceremony of the Budapest University Catholic Secondary School and Dormitory. This meant “only” the logistics and installation of 5,800 chairs – all within 6 hours.

At the 2023 World Athletics Championships our machine operators took part in depositing the equipment and placing all assets, from area closures to activity and entrance tents – our work was present in every detail.

While this was not a world-scale project, we really enjoyed this roadshow: a permanent installation that we transported and set up at several locations. Good weather, open air – all that was needed for success was our team. 😊

Our décor team worked here for one of our partners and, we believe, delivered a beautiful result: décor, carpeting and partition walls with custom tensioning.

Towards the end of the year we prepare countless corporate dinners, for example at the MVM Dome or the Puskás Academy – but in summer our favourites are the team-building events.

In addition to our usual implementation and event support tasks, here we were responsible for decorating and producing the illuminated bar counter, which appeared as a 9-metre illuminated cone.

Puskás is one of our regular venues where we often work on football match days and sometimes at concerts as well. Our colleagues certainly cannot complain about a lack of kilometres here.

This was one of our unique projects in 2022. We set up gates and track closures (barriers) alongside live traffic and decorated them from the start to the finish line. The exciting part was that, due to the tight schedule, construction and dismantling took place almost in parallel with the race itself: as soon as the race passed a gate, we had to take down the installation immediately, because the road was closed only for the exact time of the passage.

Year after year we support the build-up and strike-down of this event – by now it has become a tradition for us as well.

This is the type of job that nobody really likes, yet it comes up at every festival and event where the grass needs to be protected – and guess who is always the one doing it?

Here our main task was to separate the event from the campsite within the area and to protect visitors from falling hazards and other potential risks at certain points.

As part of the production we also provided décor for the new plant, including, for example, a headphone-shaped installation made from HELL cans on the walls, helping to make the factory more visually attractive.
